We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Booking Policy

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
• A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment
• We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Gift cards and packages are non-refundable

Health and Safety

Tattoo Services Specific Terms

• Clients must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued ID
• Deposits are required for tattoo appointments and are non-refundable
• Designs are custom and may require multiple consultations
• We reserve the right to refuse any tattoo request
• Proper aftercare is essential, and we are not responsible for improper healing

Satisfaction and Refunds

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be offered as service credit rather than cash refunds.
